The Omaxe We Care is an initiative by Omaxe in its project Omaxe New Chandigarh. It aims to re-define customer relationships and customer care practices prevalent in the real estate sector. The Turn Around Time (TAT) for all the queries and issues that come to #OmaxeWeCare are acted upon within 24 hours. The calls on 9999999806 and email on firstname.lastname@example.org are regularly monitored by trained officials responsible for timely intimation of issues/queries to the concerned department. The issues are quickly acted upon and resolved.
