He is whole time Director on the board, Omaxe Ltd. is a graduate in Civil Engineering.  He has 27 years of extensive experience in Civil Engineering, Construction & Real Estate and infrastructure development.  Under his guidance & technical support Omaxe has evidenced dynamic growth by ensuring high standard of quality.  With his technical guidance company could deliver quality projects compatible with the global standards.

Mr Arvind Parakh - Director

He is a Director on Board.  Being a Chartered Accountant by profession, he had served as a Director – Finance with M/s. Jindal Stainless Ltd. with over 25 years of experience Mr. Parakh has served in different senior positions in different organization in India, Malaysia and Singapore.  In Omaxe he has been leading the finance team and looking after the Corporate Strategy for the entire organization.

He is a Director on Board.  Being an MBA, Mr. Aggarwal has wide experience in managing finance and sales & marketing.  He has extensive exposure as an entrepreneur.  In Omaxe he has been managing the entire team of sales & marketing for Omaxe Group.

Mr. D. P. Srivastava - Director

Being a graduate in Science and Post Graduate in Management, Mr. Srivastava has 25+ years of experience in different industries. Being an expert of multi-tasking, he has served with renowned corporate houses in different portfolios. He has worked with Sahara group and Suncity in a senior profile.  In Omaxe he has been overall Incharge of HR, Administration, Corporate Communication, PR & Liaisoning, Commercial, Customer Relation, IT, Security & Estate Management.

Graduate with 10 years of experience in HR and Organization Development. Mr. Singh has been looking after the coordination amongst all Departments. Along with the organizational coordination, he has been heading the Audit Department and responsible for monitoring the audit activities.

Mr. Madan Mohan Agrawal - Chief Advisor - Legal

B.Com, LLB Mr. Agrawal has been topper of 1975 batch of UP Judicial Service and served as a Judge in Uttar Pradesh for more than 26 years. He has been an Hon’ble Judicial Member of Central Administrative Tribunal (C.A.T). In Omaxe he is heading  the legal Department.

He is a graduate Civil engineer with 22 years of experience in Public Sector.  Mr. Goel has been responsible for the over all construction of entire Omaxe projects.

Mr. Daleep Moudgil is a BE in civil with rich experience in construction, project planning, & Business Development. In Omaxe he has been looking after the business development activities along with the liaisoning with different bodies.

Mr. Praveen Goel - Director - Planning & Finishing

Mr. Praveen Goel is a graduate civil Engineer with 25 years of experience in construction, planning & execution of projects. In Omaxe he has been looking after entire project planning & finishing activities.

Being a graduate with degree in ICWA, Mr. Vinayak has more than 48 of years experience in heading reputed organizations in different portfolios.  He had worked as Head of Finance with NBCC, Government of India and Managing Director with ERA Constructions.  In Omaxe he has been looking after construction monitoring activities.
