After attaining a resounding success in Real Estate Development, Omaxe Limited diversified into Infrastructure Development in 2007, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Omaxe Infrastructure and Construction Limited (OICL).

The inherent advantage of an established brand name, a strong team, presence in tier II and III cities and consistently strong financials made the transition easy. Since the Company started its business as a construction company way back in 1989 and executed over 123 projects, this experience made the transition all the more easy.

Since 2007, the Company has bagged 13 EPC and infrastructure projects in road & bridges, townships, jails, residential complex for the defence forces, Hospital projects and Institutional Buildings for Central & various State Government departments, private corporate and so on. In a short span of 5 years, the company’s commitment to quality, exemplary leadership and technology and innovation helped it bag the prestigious “International Arch of Europe Award for Quality and Excellence” in Gold category for the year 2012 at the International B.I.D Quality Convention at Frankfurt in Germany. The ceremony was attended by companies from 48 countries. OICL also received the Total Quality Management QC100 Model, which would help the company to improve business relation with other companies and sectors.

The Company has over the years developed a strong leadership team under the leadership of Mr. Rohtas Goel. The Company, through its dedicated and expert team of professionals, has gained business expertise in operation, maintenance and marketing of PPP projects, thereby ensuring timely completion of projects. OICL has been executing projects in Nine States like Maharashtra, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, and the hilly-terrains of Jammu and Kashmir.

The Company has constructed and handed over the township at Dariba, Rajasthan, awarded by Hindustan Zinc, Vedanta Group and Modern Jails at Kapurthala & Faridkot in Punjab. Among the major works that are under implementation includes construction of AIIMS at Rishikesh, Manyavar Kanshiram Allopathic Medical College and its associate hospital at Saharanpur in Uttar Pradesh, residential complex in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, Nagrota (J&K) and Nashik (Maharashtra) for defence personnel among a few.

The Company has been gearing itself for bigger challenges ahead and have been strengthening the requisite skill and expertise to execute bigger projects.
